AI-generated images, audio or video

Marked Partial: you may already add marking after this call. Confirm it does. When Lintsure finds this, it marks it as Partial: it may be fine, depending on context only you can confirm.

What it looks like

A line Lintsure flags in its own test app:

// src/ai.ts
const img = await openai.images.generate({ prompt });

How to fix it

Mark generated media as AI-made in a machine-readable way (for example C2PA metadata) and label deepfakes for viewers.

Through a coding agent, Lintsure suggests the change and waits. Nothing is edited until you approve it.

What the framework asks

EU AI Act Art. 50(2): Mark AI-made content

AI-generated images, audio, video and text should carry a machine-readable mark that they're AI-made.

Evidence a reviewer may ask for: How output is marked, for example C2PA metadata or watermarks.

EU AI Act Art. 50(4): Label deepfakes

If you publish realistic fake media of people, places or events, say that it's AI-made.

Evidence a reviewer may ask for: The label shown to viewers.

Summaries are our own reading of the public texts, not the official wording.
